Team training · Sales
AI training for sales teams, on your own pipeline.
A single day with your sales team, conducted entirely on the proposals, accounts and tender responses they are already working on. Up to twenty people per cohort, delivered online, anywhere in the UAE and the wider GCC.
The work a salesperson does away from the customer - writing proposals, preparing for meetings, maintaining the CRM, answering tenders - is the work that has become substantially cheaper to produce. A day spent reconstructing it returns time to the part of the role that was always the point.

What the day covers
Six tasks that keep sellers away from customers, rebuilt on the day.
The structure is fixed and the content is yours: the proposals, accounts and tender documents used during the day come out of your own pipeline, gathered in discovery interviews beforehand.
-
01
Proposals and quotations
A live opportunity taken from requirement to draft proposal during the session, using your own templates, pricing structure and previous documents. For most organisations this is the single largest recoverable block of time in the function, and the difference is ordinarily measured in days rather than hours.
-
02
Tender and RFP responses
How a long-form response is assembled from material the organisation has already written, and how the answers that genuinely require a senior person are separated from those that do not. The objective is to stop removing an experienced seller from the field for a week in order to answer questions the business has answered before.
-
03
Preparation before a meeting
The research that is skipped when the diary is full: the account, the individual, the sector, and what has changed since the last conversation. This is not a time saving so much as a quality change, because the preparation in question is currently not happening at all rather than happening slowly.
-
04
Qualification, and declining well
Applying your own qualification criteria consistently across an inbound list, and writing the decline that keeps a relationship intact. Sales functions lose more margin to pursuing poorly qualified opportunities than to any other single cause, and this section is usually the one that produces the most disagreement.
-
05
The CRM, maintained rather than updated
Notes, next actions and pipeline stages captured as a by-product of the work instead of as an evening task. A CRM is accurate or it is decorative, and the reason most are decorative is that maintaining them competes directly with selling.
-
06
A library in your own tone
The closing part of the day is spent assembling the prompts, proposal structures and reference material that make the preceding five sections repeatable, written in the language your organisation actually uses with its customers. It remains with the team afterwards.
How it runs
Prepared beforehand, and measured afterwards.
Sales teams are the most sceptical audience for training of this kind, and reasonably so, because they are the group most often asked to attend something that does not survive the following Monday. The structure below is designed around that scepticism.
Discovery comes first. A small number of people in the team are interviewed beforehand about how a proposal actually gets written in your organisation, which is rarely what the process document describes. The material for the day is built from what those conversations find.
A baseline is taken. Hours spent writing proposals, the time between a requirement being understood and a document being sent, and what is currently outsourced or deferred. A claim made afterwards without a figure recorded beforehand is not worth making.
Leadership goes first. Where commercial leadership has not agreed what is being changed, a trained team returns to targets, reporting and a week structured exactly as before, and the training is absorbed without trace.
It is re-measured. Four to six weeks later, in your own figures. That is long enough for the quarter's pressure to have reasserted itself, which is the only interval at which the question is worth asking.
What they leave with
Three rebuilt tasks, not a certificate.
- Three workflows genuinely reconstructed and in use the following morning, chosen by the team from their own week.
- A proposal and prompt library in your own commercial language, including the structures your organisation already wins with.
- A written position on data: which client, pricing and contractual material may be placed into a public model and which may not.
- A short list of what should not change, which in a sales function is longer than teams expect and is the section worth arguing over.
- The baseline figures, so the follow-up can be conducted against evidence rather than impression.
Who should attend
Account managers, business development, inside sales, bid and proposal staff, and sales operations, in the same cohort. Mixing the people who write proposals with the people who own accounts is deliberate, because the handover between those two groups is where a great deal of the recoverable time is currently lost.
Where a function exceeds twenty people it is divided into more than one cohort, ordinarily by team rather than by seniority. Sales leadership attends the leadership session rather than the team cohort.
What the team needs beforehand
A licence for whichever AI tool your organisation has chosen, and access to the CRM they already work in. Nothing is installed, and no integration is required in order to run the day.
For an online cohort, each participant needs their ordinary working setup and, where possible, a second screen, which makes it considerably easier to follow the session while working in their own pipeline alongside it.
The part most training omits
Where not to use it, and what must stay human.
In a sales function the cost of over-applying this technology is higher than in most others, because the errors are visible to customers rather than internal. A section of every cohort is given to the boundary.
- Client and pricing dataWhich commercial terms, client names and contractual material may be placed into a public model and which may not, written as a rule a seller can apply without asking, with reference to UAE data-protection obligations.
- Anything sent under your nameA proposal is a commitment. The review step is not the part of the process to compress, and a document that arrives quickly and contains an error costs more than the time it saved.
- Negotiation and pricing judgementWhat to concede, what to hold, and when a deal is not worth having. A model will produce a confident answer to each and it should not be the one acted upon.
- The relationship itselfThe call, the meeting and the difficult conversation remain a person's work. Customers in this market notice the difference immediately, and they draw conclusions from it.
Why the day is built this way
The delay in a proposal was never in the drafting.
Elapsed time between a requirement being understood and a document being sent is usually measured in days, while the hours actually worked are measured in single figures. That gap is search, assembly, formatting and waiting, and it is where the recoverable time sits. A day spent halving the drafting and leaving the rest alone changes a number nobody outside the team can see.
Common questions
What organisations ask before booking a cohort.
What does AI training for a sales team actually cover?
It covers the work a salesperson does away from the customer: writing proposals and quotations, answering tenders and requests for proposal, preparing properly before a meeting, qualifying inbound opportunities against your own criteria, and keeping the CRM accurate without it becoming an evening task. Each is rebuilt during the day on a live opportunity from your own pipeline rather than demonstrated on an example, and the day closes by assembling a proposal and prompt library in your organisation's own commercial language.
Will this actually shorten the time it takes to send a proposal?
In most organisations the elapsed time between a requirement being understood and a document being sent is measured in days, and very little of that interval is spent writing. It is spent waiting for one person to be free, locating the last similar proposal, and assembling material that already exists elsewhere in the business. That is the part the day addresses, which is why the change is ordinarily larger than the time saved on drafting alone would suggest. It is also why the baseline taken beforehand measures elapsed time rather than only hours worked.
Our CRM is out of date. Does that prevent this?
No, and it is one of the more common conditions we encounter. A CRM falls out of date because maintaining it competes directly with selling, so the section of the day addressing it is concerned with capturing notes and next actions as a by-product of the work rather than as a separate task. The existing state of the data is a reason to attend rather than a reason to postpone, though where the underlying structure is genuinely unfit we will say so, since training cannot repair a system that was configured for a different business.
How is the result measured?
Against a baseline taken before the day: hours spent on proposals and tender responses, elapsed time from requirement to document sent, and what is currently outsourced or simply deferred. The same measures are taken again four to six weeks afterwards, by which point the pressure of the quarter has reasserted itself and it is possible to distinguish a change that held from one that did not. The comparison is made in your figures rather than ours.
How is the day delivered?
The day is delivered online, which suits this format better than it may appear, because it is spent rebuilding live opportunities inside the systems your team already sells from. Running it online keeps every participant at their own desk, with their own CRM, templates and previous proposals open in front of them, which is the environment the work will actually be done in afterwards, whereas a training room removes people from precisely the systems the day is intended to change. It also allows a cohort to be drawn from more than one office, and it makes the follow-up review four to six weeks later straightforward to arrange rather than a second visit. Delivery is in English.
